Adult ClassHamilton Wado-Kai holds classes for Teenager and Adults on five days of the week. (See time table) We have classes specifically for:
These classes are designed for members new to karate and up to yellow belt level. In these classes members will learn the basic principles of our style wado ryu. Each class involves a basic warm-up and flexibility exercises which help to condition the body and build general fitness, followed by detail instruction to our basic movements and their applications. These classes are important for new members to require a sound understanding of the basics before they can advance further in their grades

These are for the grades from orange to junior brown belts and the students follow a detailed syllabus for their relevant grade. By following a structured syllabus the students will learn in a step-by-step fashion the techniques which they will be tested on to acquire their higher grades. Our syllabus is made up of:

(The Club host world famous Instructors for seminars) Here the highest grades will work together to improve their levels of karate within their own grade levels. The training becomes more intense and the expectations of their standard is higher.
These are specialized classes that focus on more detail instruction of the Kata (forms) from our style. Kata classes will cover solo kata and two person kata.
