Members of the Hamilton Wado-Kai Karate Club attended the KNZ Camp held over the Auckland Anniversary weekend and endured the 30 degrees heat over three full days of training and fitness testing. The camp is part of the KNZ High Performance plan that will prepare athletes for the Commonwealth Karate champs in India, WKF Junior/cadet champs in Morocco and the World Games in Taiwan.
